Vancouver Ski & Board Services is leading snowboard tuning with the use of a new Wintersteiger Micro 91 machine. The superior technology used in this machine will enable us to produce a consistent texture on the base of snowboards. The Micro 91 is the only machine with three separate pressure feed wheels enabling us to flatten and texture the board as it crosses the stone. It's the texture that creates glide.

Board Base Refinish:

• filing of all nicks & gouges
• sharpening & beveling of edges
• performance grinding of base
• texturing of base
• custom detuning of edges
• hand iron in wax with universal wax & texture brush

Board Tune-up:
